3/10/10 -- Nearly 100 County Chamber members, Second Harvest Food Bank employees and board members were on hand for the March Business After Hours. All members who brought in a food donation were treated to a special raffle (thank you to Great Lakes Publishing for providing the $50 Fligner's card and ESPN Radio for the 4 MAC Men's Finals tickets) as well as our normal monthly drawing of gift cards and prizes. The April BAH is at CommStar Credit Union at their newly opened Lorain location.

2/25/10 -- The Lorain County Chamber once again welcomed 175 Chamber Members and Lorain Rotarians to the Annual State of the City Address delivered by Mayor Tony Krasienko. The Mayor had all 3 County Commissioners in the crowd, Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, and business and educational leaders from Lorain and the County. 2/17/10 -- You asked for it and we listened: Morning Networking returns to the Lorain County Chamber with our popular Coffee, Tea & Contacts. This time, we are hosting it at a member location, and first up is Caruso's Cabinets in Avon. Located at 1756 Moore Road off of Colorado behind BJ's Wholesale Club. This event takes place between 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Remember, bring a door prize and you get a chance to do a 30 second commercial about you and your company. Cost is $5 per person.
